Perfect location and great staff. One of the staffers, Jasmine should get a raise for lifting all those weights by herself and putting them in the right places.

Good equipment, but takes a long time to repair if it's broken. Quite dirty, both the gym and changing rooms
Okay place for short training.
Good space to train on not that much people
I train around 19:00. It's quite crowded at this time. 1 in 4-5 visits I have to wait either for a barbell stand or a machine. Gym is not in the best shape. Equipment is scattered all over the place. Good selection of machines. There is a dip/pull-up machine. However, equipment is old and worn out. Horrible place if you're training for powerlifting/strength or planning to lift very heavy. Only 1 proper power rack that is very uncomfortable. It is impossible to bench press in it. There is no place to bench press with safety rails.
Nice staff, good location, too many people sitting on machines taking selfies.
In general most the of equipment works just fine. There is a lot of space and the people and staff are very friendly. Coming from Sats Telefonplan, which was recently renovated, the feeling at Kista is more open and inviting despite not having the newest equipment. I do think they should replace a lot of the weight lifting attachments which are fairly worn out. Overall, I think it’s a great gym, but I do think Sats in general is a bit overpriced.
Very limited number of bars and lifting devices.
