I had tried different diets and nothing was working for me. Now for the last few months I have been focused more on exercising and getting healthier. I walk 5 days a week and I have noticed the changes in myself and friends are commenting on my looks. I am making better choices with my food and drinking more water. I feel better about myself and have more confidence that I can and I will hit my goal.

I had a zoom free class and I thought it was very good for the most part. I did feel like she didn't want me to talk or ask a question at the end when nobody else did cause I talked earlier. I felt a little embarrassed to be honest but she never said only those who haven't shared can talk...sooo.... But she seemed alright. I think it should be a choice on our part to follow up from the webinar class. Or email if that is what is most comfortable. I feel nervous to talk alone with her but not so much when it is a class setting. Maybe another open 30 minute class a week later would be nice to do. But I get it, she is trying to get customers. I myself seemed to ne very worked up and easily angered after last night's small hypnosis thing. I also had vivid dreams of her in them giving me more hypnosis sessions. All night long. Couldn't get her out of my head. It was weird and never happened with any other Therapist. I'm ok today sooo far. Lol. Ilk.... I think u have to be careful with hypnosis. Anyway other than that I rather enjoyed it. So thank u for ur time.

I am so happy that I decided to go this route - I look forward to the weekly sessions, as well to the confidence and stress reduction I feel after them. It has been an amazing journey, and has opened my eyes to so many of my behaviors that are harmful or disruptive. I have learned about so many tools that I can now use comfortably to boost my confidence, deal with stress and make wise choices.
