Dear, friend i am writing this review because i was charged maximum for one piece of print. I have been to this place for three times for print out and i do not speak German. For the first time i went here for print out and the lady was very helpful,she try to convert my file to pdf so i can print out and she charge me as usual maybe per page 0.40 franc But when i was there for second time there is a little bit black woman(there front desk)who do not speak so much English but she understand and she charged me 8 Swiss franc for 3 print out,at that time i think like its OK maybe there print out charge was increased. And guys, today i went there the same little bit black lady was there i asked her to print only one page and had some problem with my PDF,takes like 10 min to deal with the file she have no idea to how to convert file,i myself go through there system print out and she charged me 7 Swiss franc for a piece of print out. Of course,i paid 7 Franc and i made a complain through email and i am writing this review because i feel like, specially one lady sees who u r and charge and i am not going there by any chance.

Ich musste einfach fast 50 min warten und am Ende habe ich 7.00 CHF bezahlt für eine A4 Seite (doppelseitig ausgedrükt). Ich lasse Euch entscheiden!!!

- Preise überdimensioniert Eine Seite A4 schwarz/weiss drucken kostet 4fr (da 3fr für viruscheck bei mail oder usb stick verrechnet wird - seriously?). - NUR barzahlung möglich, keine EC/kreditkarte. Tipp für Kohlermedien: in 2020 gibt es mittlerweile EC geräte die praktisch nichts kosten, also holt euch so einen.

VORSICHT BETRUG! 5 CHF habe ich fuer eine einzelne, farblos gedruckte Seite gezahlt. Da ich in not war hatte ich leider keine andere Wahl. Diesen laden muss jemand schliessen und jeder sollte gewarnt werden vor diesen unverschaemten preisen.

ACHTUNG ABZOCKE: -4,50 CHF für eine (EINE EINZIGE SEITE) schwarz/weiss Kopie. -Nach Frage kommt Antwort: \4CHF Pauschale für Prüfung des USB Sticks auf Viren\ (Natürlich wurde kein Virenscanner drübergespielt sondern einfach in den PC gesteckt und direkt gedruckt). In 1 Minute Arbeit (wenn man das überhaupt Arbeit nennen kann) gibts wohl einen guten Stundenumsatz für die Besitzer -Keine Kartenzahlung möglich. -Der Mitarbeiter hat damals sehr schnell meine Notsituation erkannt und ausgenutzt (mein eigener Drucker war kaputt) Ein weiterer Kunde inklusive gesamter Freundeskreis weniger für diesen Laden.
