Like many of others it’s a great example well restored with the added extra of being able to explore under the seating and some excellent mosaic work round the side

You can enter and walk freely around the Odeon any time of night and day. The rooms below the building don't seem to have been opened in quite a while though. Take a walk around the left hand side of the building, and there's a little path leading to a mosaic floor.
Well worth a visit and you can do your own version of "friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears ..." from the stage. Great condition monument with a little surprise underneath ...
I would say like yet another Odeon. Even this one is well preserved. Theatre is surrounded by an alley where you can rest if you don’t mind constant music production by cicadas. Being here, you should see Casa Romana as well. It is just 5 minutes walk from here.
Well worth the visit for a few hours !! Lots of history and great things to see and read about. Views are stunning, and free to get in. No cafe but a drinks machine that sell pop, water toilets are not all that though.
It is a small site but historically too important not to be visited. Built in 2nd century it was meant to be, primarily, a place where music events would be held. It is believed that it's been used for senate meetings. Entrance is free and pretty well kept considering the fact that they don't charge for the entrance.
It's a small amphitheatre with access to caverns underneath the seating. There's an impressive mosaic to see too. Keep an eye out for the resident bats!
Great little free exhibit under the Odeon. Very interesting stuff!
