We booked a service from Kreuzlingen to Geneva. We knew at destination the sofa had to go via stairs so Arena agreed they will do stair carry. They asked for pre-payment. When driver arrived to destination, he refused to take sofa up the stairs and he left. We will be contacting police to look into the breakage of the contract.
