I had two stitches left from an operation that did not resorb in due time. Explained it on the phone, got an appointment, attended it. After looking 20 seconds at it, the « doctor » told me she couldn’t do anything about it as she didn’t have the right tools and would refer me to a fellow colleague. Still got charged over 90.- for « Behandlung ». I have been in several countries over the years and never have I seen such shameless practices as in Switzerland regarding healthcare.
