Fantastic repair work on all of my pinball boards. It is the only place that I send my boards in for repair. Keith has always been incredible with my repairs and even willing to help troubleshoot my games that I have installed his boards in. High quality repair work would recommend using K’s Arcade for all of your circuit board repairs

I have ordered a couple of updated CPU boards and other parts and have never had a problem. Everything is always plug and play and works exactly as advertised. The few times that I have called about availability or shipping questions, the customer service has been knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I would highly recommend buying pinball replacement parts from Ks.
Ordered replacement boards a few years ago from them. One day the main driver board stopped working. I contacted them and they had me send in the board. They were very quick on the repair and affordable. I would defiantly do business with them again.

Good customer service. I'm a pinball repairman, and they make my job easier. Between myself and customers, probly spend 3-5k a year, and its worth every penny.
Really disappointed with board repair. It didn't work when completed. Attempts to contact Ks was met with some rather insulting/rude replies rather than any effort to make it right. Lots of excuses with no solution nor dialogue to achieve a positive outcome. I would not recommend their work nor their customer service. Really disappointing - will not ever use again nor rexommend.
If I could give this guy a negative 5 stars I would.. spent over a 1000 on new boards and he wouldn’t warranty the 25 NVRAM that I paid extra for. It’s sad because he blamed two other warranty claims (nothing to do with me) on products he didn’t sell as reasoning why. I tried to be polite about the situation and he told me to buy a new one for 25 and he will wave the 5 shipping. Dude is a jerk and would recommend doing business anywhere but here!
Terrible customer service , person I spoke with was rude and very in helpful, would not bother wasting money with this company
