I am very disappointed with the service provided by this salon. I bought a 21,000km KTM 790 Duke that was used by the service. since they allegedly did the service before I took over the engine, when the engine arrived it had almost no coolant at all and at the start it leaked at the connection at the sensor. I tried to contact them several times, but no one wanted to answer the email or the call. a disgrace to the KTM engine dealer. I will also inform the media in Germany about this. People be careful with this seller. I also had problems with VAT refunds which took a long time. very unprofessional. All the best.

I had a very pleasant purchasing experience of a new KTM 1090 from this shop. both Britta from sales and the guys from the service department were extremely helpful and they speak perfect English. 10/10 would buy again.

Bought a Super Duke GT from them . After a lot of good communication Went to the shop and bought the bike with cash . No problem there ( like would probably be in UK ) . I also wanted some hand guards and they adapted them to the bike . All papers were done fast and in couple of hours I was on my way with limited plates . When I got to my home country I had to pay the VTA again and recover it from the company . Again no problem and everyone was very helpful and received the money in one week . Very good English speaking staff. Thank you very much to the whole team !
