I was asked to give a blood sample at this clinic as I was suspected to have measles. However, the staff and doctors did a poor job with the entire procedure. I had to be at the EMPTY clinic (only few other patients) for more than an HOUR, just to give a small blood sample which could have been done in 10 mins max. The (young) doctor who attended me was poorly trained and inexperienced. Measles is an extremely CONTAGIOUS infection but she touched my hives(rash) without wearing any gloves or protection. She asked me to lay down so she could check my stomach for 'gastric?' which is totally unnecessary for someone with rash (not stomach pain). Then she asked me to take off my mask so that she could look into my mouth WITHOUT WEARING A MASK HERSELF. That's extremely irresponsible ! One cough on her face and she would catch and spread the infection to other patients! I was then asked to sit in a waiting room with another woman holding her NEWBORN BABY. Measles can be FATAL to children especially newborn babies. How are the staffs so stupid? I hope that baby didn't catch measles from me and is healthy and well. At least I was wearing my own face mask and took the furthest seat from it. So you're welcome. Next time quarantine patients with contagious infections in a separate room.

Service very slow since im pregnant till check up for my baby... Even waiting for registration almost take1hour not include check up with nurse or doctor...every time asking why service too slow... Same answer from them... Some nurse on leave. Doc only one... Not enough main power... Must do something to improve!!!!
