Normal food , expensive for what it is

Peruvian roast chicken is the main dish here. My opinion, its taste is common and similar to others, but thet've got a good service and nice atmosphere.
Great food, however we went late night so the quality of service was not quite up to par. I gave 4 stars because pardos as a company has great food however the time we went the menu was very limited. Make sure to go at a reasonable time or your menu choices will be limited.
Delicious peruvian food, Pollo a la Basa are the principal!
Thanks be of the best places to bring tourist the whole menu is in Spanish do, this is when your Spanish skills come in handy.
