I really have to brag on our lab technician this morning. I brought my 9 year old daughter in this morning for blood work. She was very nervous. But our technician Sarah made her visit very comfortable and explained to my child what she was going to do before she did anything. Sarah displayed an excellent compassion and manor towards my child. I highly recommend requesting her for pediatric lab work!

I want to start off by saying , yes the wait can be long at times at this location and yes, it can get crowded however... that is not the fault of the staff. Any place of business can be understaffed and unfortunately the staff that’s working will be seen as if they are at fault. There is a female Phlebotomist (Angela, Angie) I believe that is her name. She is so sweet, so patient. Her kindness doesn’t go unseen by myself and my children. My daughter has to have labs every 6 weeks and she draws my daughters blood 90% of the time. I’m thankful for people like her, they make having a sick child much more bearable. Thank you for employing people like this wonderful lady.
The order was sent via the doctors office due to virtual appts. The lab could not find the order. We called doctor while there and they refaxed twice. Lab keeps saying they don't have it and refuse to help resolve this for our 6 month old
Waiting and serving area. Crowded some waiting in hall. Covid guidelines not met. NOT ample amount of staff for services provided.
Recently this location updated their check in procedure. Allowing customers to be seen in a more timely manner. I've been coming here for 18 mos so I'm glad to see this. The employees have always been friendly and kind to me. I wish the tv program was cable and not the two same old shows.
06/17/2019-After filling out paperwork online, setting appointment online yesterday and then today, checking in at the LabCorp Villa Rica, GA location via the kiosk, I had only a 10 minute wait. The Phlebotomist was so skilled, I never felt the needle to draw blood. It was an excellent experience.
Overall great experience. The technician who drew my blood was very friendly and professional. When it came time to insert the needle, it was done without any pain what so ever. I had to compliment her on her skill. The only down side was the wait. It seemed that they were short staffed in the morning. However, that is a company issue and not the fault of the employees that work there. Great place, will be back in about 6 months for my next labs.
