I received a gift card from my daughter for my birthday. My daughter specifically told them what I’d be using it for. They took the money and gave her the gift certificate. I called to make an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, and was told that I could get a pedicure but manicures were booked solid. I explained that I didn’t mind waiting for an appointment but I’d like to get both done at once. (I like my hands and toes to match, so obviously I get them done at the same time.) I was informed that I couldn’t even book an appointment for a future date because she had to take care of her “usuals”... So, I have a useless gift certificate and even worse, they took advantage of a 15 year old child by not telling her when she purchased the gift certificate that I would be unable to get my nails done because they aren’t booking!

I went for an eyebrow wax with Lisa. She was very friendly and did a great job. She asked a lot of questions to make sure they were exactly how I like them, which I really appreciate. I will definitely go back.
