Went here today to buy a new rice cooker, they had like 3 different models in their showroom so I first decided for a middle sized one. I didn't see any boxes of the products so I asked an employee just to hear that the product is not available. I went out and decided even if not really needed to buy the bigger one just to have a rice cooker which I needed for the evening. Went to the same employee and asked for the bigger one and again I got told that this one is also not available. I didn't ask for the really pricey ones but the whole store is just a showroom and if you need something it has to be ordered and is NOT available on the same day! As a competition of media market on the opposite thats like the worst customer service I ever experienced in there Netherlands. Would not suggest anyone to buy here, over priced, nothing is available at the store and de centrale got a lot of better stores to buy electronic products!
