I can’t believe they are allowed to practice! I can only warn people to do any contracts with this agent. They are not only completely unprofessional but also try to take your money in a pretty disgusting way. They try to rip you off everywhere they can. And when you point to flaws in the contract they are getting loud and somewhat nasty. Not nice, not friendly, not professional

They are terrible!!! Don't sign or pay them anything. They dont care about people only about money. The houses they rent out are in horrible shape and they have no desire to fix it.
Me and my partner were searching for an appartment to rent, when we went inside the owner immediately said to us that he could not help us unless we were signed in in their website... the next day after sendinng a request via email we came back.. suddenly he didnt receive any name and we were missing from the list xD Very strange xD So we asked if he could talk to us in the office, but it was not possible because they are to busy drinking coffee xD I dont raccomend this place xD Very rude owner and scammers
We walked into this agency with our passports, evidence of our income, and a specific list of what we were looking for. When I asked him if he could talk to us about what suitable properties he had, the agent looked at us like we were aliens and said \well send me an email\! (we already had the week before and got no reply). I really wonder how this agency does any business. We found a house with another agent who considered us to be ideal tenants (good stable income, no kids, not students). Shame really because there appear to be some interesting properties on their books. I would recommend house / appartment owners use a different agent. This one is really rude to people looking for accomodation, even if their profile is ideal, and will lose you good potential tenants.
Ja lastig te beoordelen men zegt xe zijn prima dik in orde, maar als de eisen hoger zijn dan je kan voldoen ben je teleurgesteld , dus ja ik vindt mag toegankelijk worden voor meer mensen maar de eigenaar van een woning bepaald
