Inshort: Very nice place, yummy food, lots of vegetarian options. Cool ambience. Will go back. Overall Experience: We found this place while searching for a good Vegetarian/Vegan options during our short visit to Leeuwarden. We there went for lunch. The ambience was very cool, very spacious. There was a special section on the first floor for small kids to play, lot of board games for adults as well. The Menu was diverse. We ordered the following: Beet Burger (Vegetarian) - A delicious burger with sweet potato fries on the side. Quantity was bit less. Heavenly Delight - the name justifies the dish. 3 nice small pancakes loaded with fresh fruits, dry fruits, chocolate chips. Chop it up Pancakes - This was a plateful of yummy pancakes with juicy chicken and chopped vegetables. Lazy Lamb Burger - The lamb patty was delicious. served with potato fries and mayonnaise. The size was bit small. In the Club sandwich - The sandwich was good, only thing was that the tomatoes were big in size. In the end we ordered the Cake of the day which was supposedly a Pistachio cake, but found it as basic cake. Maybe we had big expectations based on the food. Overall it was great experience, had yummy food and menu was not too heavy on the pocket. Will definitely visit this place when I come to Leeuwarden again.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while walking around the streets of Leeuwarden. This place has a very fun, relaxed ambience and is also kid-friendly. I ordered a dish called “Chop it Up” -pancake with chicken and lots of veggies. It was a quiet filling and delicious plateful of food. Would love to visit this place again.
Great food great prices, love the ambiance. The only critique is that the service is kind of slow and looks like they are understaffed, otherwise an amazing experience. Highly recommend!
Great thanks for the organization skills in this difficult period because of COVID-19 to make a reservation for groups. At the Lazy Leman it was possible to reserve tables for our group of 20 students. All in the same corner with multiple tables we still felt connected to all of each other. The service was great, never empty glasses and smooth communication with the staff. I ordered the salmon backed on the skin: delicious! Also the rest of the order dishes were very tasteful and decorated nicely.
Very nice looking café with a nice vibe. Little terrace next to a small street, not too busy but enough to look at. Menu is spot on! Very divers and just a little different than your every day café. Lots of healthy salads, breakfast bowls and smoothies but also burgers. Only had a look at the lunch menu but I guess dinner menu is just as great. Definitely recommend this place!
Lazy lemon is a very nice new place in the city center of Leeuwarden. We ordered coffee and mint thea. Then we bit hungry and we ordered a ramen bowl. It was very good and there was enough food for both of us. It came along with fries, salad, and broccoli with cheese (hap2). They actually change these haps every week. We saw also the burguers being served around and they looked yummy as well. The service was very good and the place offers a warm and cozy atmosphere for having a bite or just drink some coffe with friends. Lazy lemon accepts reservations for big groups and has a playground for kids. Totally recomendable.
Located in the heart of Leeuwarden, great place for a breakfast or lunch. Big variety of cuisines. Everything very tasty. Service was friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back next time when I’m in Leeuwarden.
Wings and sweet potato fries were delicious, service very friendly and fast and very reasonably priced. Really comfortable couches to relax. Will definitely go back.
