These guys are the people to do business with. Seriously, just call them. You’ve found the right water softener provider. Outstanding customer service. I’ve met with both Nick and his son. They were so kind and courteous. They helped me to understand the water softener system and how to care for it. Anytime I have a question or concern I feel comfortable to give Nick himself a call and he answers promptly and kindly. Affordable and quality water softeners. Our eagle mountain water is silky soft. Which says a lot, considering we have some of the hardest water in Utah.

Nick was an absolute superstar. You just don’t find this kind of help or service anymore. I called late in the day to ask about a water softener in a home that I had just purchased. The unit was running constantly even when unplugged. He walked me through a few steps to try and get it to shut down. He was kind and patient, even with a bunch of background noise from the unit. We couldn’t figure it out and he came over (even with a wedding to attend) and replaced a section of pipe and indicated that the unit was fried. He educated me on new units (no pressure) when the time was right. His fee was so much lower than it could have been when companies overcharge for service calls and after hours repairs. He’s the epitome of great service and care. Won a new customer!

I wasn't sure if our water softener was working so I called and spoke with Nick! He had great customer service skills and was willing to help and answer all of my questions. My family had been experiencing really itchy skin for quite some time and we weren't sure what the issue was so we thought that maybe it was our water softener, after speaking with Nick, he walked me through the settings and come to find out we've had hard water for over 6 months! Nick helped me fix the settings to where we will now have soft water and no itchy skin. All free of charge and just over the phone. Thank you for the help Nick!
