Recently we had a family member who needed some rehab following her hospital stay, once we met with the directors and staff we felt it would be a good fit for her. Not only were they attentive to our loved one, but also very good about returning calls, and feedback on how she was doing with her progress. The staff cares about their patients and doing their jobs to the best of their ability. Thank you very much for making us feel reassured she was in good hands during her stay! We will be recommending this place for sure!

I spent several months here at this facility. After being at several hospitals for a long time I found a care here very good. The staff and the nurses long with the CNAs we're especially gracious to be. I was unable to do hardly anything for myself and everyone jumped in to care for me. They even fed me meals. I often listened while other patients abused their AIDS. It was disheartening for me to hear because you would think that being and such a bad shape or way would make you more humble. Yet they never raise their voices or retaliated . I left there feeling more confident of myself and better able 2 push myself after returning home. I can't speak highly enough for the experience I had here. Thank you for all that you did to make my Rehabilitation an easier experience.

After 1 week in the hospital for a spinal injury, April 29. 2020, I was sent to Lemont Nursing & Rehab for a drop foot. I was not able to stand or walk. I was sent there for their physical therapy six days a week. I learned to walk again ( I cried the first day I walked with the aid of a walker & brace). I was taught how to go up & down stairs with a leg brace. I also used a wheelchair, walker & cane. I stayed for 1 month. At home I continued my own physical therapy for 3-4 hours a day with intense massage & nerve stimulation. 1 month later I was walking without a cane. Now Sept, 1, 2020, just 4 months later I'm walking without my cane nor my leg brace. I have regained full use of my leg, ankle & foot. Lemont Rehab got me going when I thought I'd remain disabled. But I got the knowledge & help I needed to keep working at it. Miracles do happen, my prayers were answered. A big thanks to nurses Jackie, Tniesha, Gloria & Allandra. CNA's Bridget, Megan, Crystal & both Melissa's. Big shout out to head of physical therapy, Nathan & his team. And to all those I can't fit in here. You know I remember all your names. With Covid-19 we were all quarantined to our rooms & it was a little unsettling at first. Thanks to Jim for making me feel comfortable & always answering all my questions. THANK YOU LEMONT NURSING & REHAB! Patti Depaola

If you’re loved one cannot fend for themselves, plan on a bad outcome! 8/10 nurses are mean to the patient and not forthright with the family; especially during this COVID time! nurses shouldn’t be in that field if they cannot treat people with respect without huffing and puffing when someone needs a change or help with bathroom. Also, don’t expect them to be active in caring if they are near death, it won’t happen. So disappointed and furious hearing how she was treated now that she can actually be verbal again. Heartbreaking!!!! Her last facility treated her well and loved my mother. I can only hope for karma. If my court saw this treatment of a conservatee, there would be elder neglect charges.

My mother had recently stayed there and she seemed to have gotten a lot sicker. My sister told them to take her back to the hospital after video screening of her condition. I recommend avoiding this facility.
