A once in a lifetime experience with a 1st class setup and guide (Nikos). They provided clear instructions and information ahead of the trip as well as boots, socks, poles and jacket. It the tour was safe and exciting. Once you are on the Volcano you won’t have experienced anything like it. Seeing nature at work was amazing.

Did a morning excursion (half day) with these guys on a sunny day in June. Great option if you prefer to see the less touristy and more authentic side of Etna with a certified guide for a very fair price. Service is good, friendly lady - fluent in Italian, Dutch, English & French - who explained everything in detail before going up. The excursion itself was in English, but depending on the participants they do offer other languages as well. Recommended :)

We had a great day in the sun today very lucky with the weather but I found that was way to slow and don’t understand why they don’t do groups with different levels... it was a bit of a waiting all day on others... meeting point was at 8:30 but we didn’t hop on the funicular before 9:20... and then we were so many people ... they made groups but at the end the guides were waiting on all the groups so were many many together. Not fully happy with this experience... and expensive!

As the volcanic and weather conditions permitted, we hiked to the crater of mt. Etna more about 3280m in altitude. Domenico and Vincenzo were great and very knowledgeable guides - thank you both. We had a very memorable experience on the volcano and I would recommend this tour.

Un'escursione fantastica! La nostra guida Rosario era preparatissimo, come tutti i suoi colleghi. Ci ha fatto vivere la vera essenza del vulcano con un trekking semplice in discesa! Certo 5 ore non bastano per conoscere tutti i segreti di questa montagna, ma è stato un ottimo primo approccio. Basta arrivare al RIfugio Sapienza e da lì si parte per varie tipologie di escursione, quella a cui ho partecipato partiva dai 3000mt. Nessun problema se non si porta l'attrezzatura nel campo base delle guide si può noleggiare scarponi, kway ed eventualmente bastoncini e zaino. Consigliatissimo!!!
