Unpleasant welcome... booked in advance but had to wait over night outside since the staff fell asleep and nobody was opening the main door.called several times no response of the call.no wifi though is says free wifi available.staff very rude . Was charged extra on the day of exit. Online booking says something else.staff says system not updated.no proper fan.no proper charging of phone sockets.

When you arrive expect to be moved to another building nearby due to there not being enough rooms. The owner (a gruff, Scandinavian chap) seems a bit suspect and the apartment itself dirty. The room was the basic minimum - I've slept in worse but not by a huge margin. The only redeeming feature of the room was the balcony, which looks out over Restauradores. Most of the other rooms don't have this view. Cheap too, if that's your thing.

Ciertamente las condiciones del lugar (calidad de habitaciones, amoblamiento, estado de los baños) está por debajo de la media. Pero creo que es compensado por el precio (muy accesible) y la excelente ubicación. Si bien he leido comentarios criticando el trato del encargado, yo no tuve problema alguno; por el contrario, resultó ser una persona accesible y amable. Para el que busca un sitio bien ubicado en el centro (y utilizar solo para ir a dormir) recomiendo este sitio. Caso contrario abstenerse y optar por una opcion mas cara pero de mejor calidad.
En cuanto a calidades, bastante por debajo de la media, colchones duros, almohadas antiguas, lavabo atascado, paredes de papel. La situación es excelente, pero nada más. Reservamos a través de "hostel booking" unas condiciones y nos dieron otras diferentes y peores con la escusa de que no les había llegado la reserva. No volveremos.
