Hot! Perfect! The Bikram Yoga you know and love. Classes are modified due to covid restrictions. But this can change as state mandates change. I used a mask and silicon mask skeleton and had a great experience. Marks on floor to aid in social distancing. Studio is beautiful. Mirrors are clean. Heat has always been consistent. A real zen vibe. They have water/drinks for sale. For covid bring your own mat and towel :)

One of the last true Bikram Yoga schools left in NY and probably in the country. The owners are amazing, the teachers are knowledgeable and encouraging. The space is CLEAN! This community gets back to each other. The students know each other and practice together. Love ️
