Every article warning first-time authors about fraud publishers, warns them that publishing houses which ask for money to publish someone's work, are probably frauds. Even if Waterton Publishing is not a fraud, the fact that they sent me an entire menu of their pre-publishing services (that too necessary services which every good publisher provides for free) which cost between 700 to 1000, proves that they have very little faith in their own abilities to market and distribute their publications,
