Best course in Wellington. Great staff and a really nice atmosphere. The course is forgiving with a couple of real challenges to keep you on your toes. Not as busy as other courses which I prefer. I paid 25.00 on Grab One which was great value. I will definitely go back.

Always play this sweet course on our golf trips to Wellington. Situated in a beautiful valley. A great mix of holes and amazing shades of green blanketing the surrounding hills in this valley.

Lovely people running the kitchen. Had a chicken cheese n cranberry panini was the best ever. They only open at the weekend check it out.

While it is a bit of a drive to get there, Wainuiomata Golf Course is a good course with a variety of challenging holes. From a chance for a hole-in-one on some of the Par 3s to some of the longest Par 5 holes in the region. The course itself is kept in excellent condition. There is also a very nice clubhouse. Prices are reasonable with 35 for affiliated players to play 18 holes (40 for casual players). If you are a keen golfer is defunitely worth checking out this course.
