Purchased carpet from there, workers in store very friendly and knowledgeable. Installation was a complete nightmare. They came 5 hours late. Didn’t finish the job on that day came back next day late. Called back for compensation as we took a day off and they were late. Got the run around for 2 weeks then they tell me there is nothing they can do as the job got done. Will never purchase from there again. They are more then happy to take your money but don’t care what happens after that. Buyer beware

Bought a new Ariens snowblower here. A couple guys unboxed it, assembled it, and loaded it onto my truck for me. This was all at the end of their shift as well. The employees here have generally been helpful and friendly, and will ask if I need help finding something. Often they will walk with you to find an item. The availability of garden supplies and flowers has also been very good from my experience!

minus the North Dakota winter not bad. unloaded Dry wall and a DC load there. the unloaders were friendly helped with tarp as the wind was whipping. kept up a good pace to get me empty. thank you.

I like shopping at Lowe's because of their assortment of products and most employees. Some products you have to be careful of like the cabinets they sell due to hidden damages in boxes but if you look carefully you should be OK. Nice and easy to check out at the \Pro\ desk area and drive right up under canopy to load which works out well.

Always friendly staff at Lowes...tired of grouchy Menards staff...great selection in the store. Great delivery service. A great store.
