Beautiful experience! We loved the self guided tour and especially to ride on the walls is really cool! The staff is kind and the price is right. Also it’s very close to the train station and there are free parking spots in front of the place. Recommended!

Perfect!. Reserved on line prior to going. We were greeted by a friendly employee who had our reservation and bicycles ready to go.The bicycles had nice baskets, locks and a map of the city. So easy to find the Tourist center of Lucca was just to the left after exiting the train station. It couldn't be closer. Riding through Lucca was so beautiful. We had a great day.

Great location right by the train station, bikes were in great condition, fun time, great instructions and guide, posted prices, excellent English speaking help was also very positive. All in all a very good experience.
