Absolutely abysmal and frustrating experience, I usually rate things well but this actually was that bad. Most of the locks are jammed and the buttons to open the doors don't work. You try a combination on a lock and it won't open because the locks are jammed and you'll think you got it wrong and try something else. It's frustrating and a waste of time as well. It's not even possible to complete the room without help from the game master. The problem is not that the game is hard, it's that the locks don't accept the right code so it's impossible. This is not a one lock case, it happened with 3 locks and wasted so much of our time and caused so much frustration. The buttons to open the door and the chest weren't working either. The game master was actually helpful in this regard and came in to help us a lot, he knew the door wouldn't open without his help (the button is broken) Overall, for the exorbitant prices they are charging, the least they can do is make sure that the things are in order and working so that future groups like ours don't have a frustrating experience. Others: The staff and ambience and other services are very nice but the escape room part in it's current state is simply put not worth the time or money.
