I bought Polaris Ranger EV from Lättviktsmotor in summer 2020. The Polaris was in decent shape but the process and service ...huh. It took 4 months to get registration documents to me and I needed to spent hours and hours with emails and calls - which usually were not answered. They lied to me several times and I needed to pay extra 1000's in tax authorities due to fact that I didn't get the papers in time. I can't understand how this company can exist if they treat customers like that. And after all this, no apologies, nothing. The worst customer service experience in my life!!!
