Service could be better and products are often out of stock.

I visited on a Saturday, and hoped to be able to ask a simple product question before buying. It's a large warehouse, but there was only one member of staff on the floor to help shoppers. He was taking a while with another customer, and I stood nearby on two occasions just to catch his eye to let him know I'd like help when he was finished. Both times he just ignored us and walked elsewhere. I gave up and went to the far better staffed Praxis branch nearby. I hope that this was just a case of staff calling in sick and not the store going cheap by employing too few staff and expecting their shoppers to shut up and wait.
