A very neat place to stay in the travel break. Star hotel amenities in low budget. Very neatly maintained. Rs 60 per hour is very nominal for a/c lounge. Food is of very good quality,and that too in nominal price. Very friendly staff, didn't expect such hospitality in a railway station. Very good .

Spent few hours in here. Worth every penny. Maintained extremely well. Felt quite safe being here during late hours. Food is also quite good in here.

The lounge was good, may be the best one seen in Indian railways. Couches are getting old now, better to improve further. Wash room areas looking ok, can be improved.

We have taken our lunch here on December 30, 2019. The food offered here was tasty and fresh with beautifully designed neat and clean crockery. Service was also good but billing & payment system was not as professional as required in such places. They have not accepted digital payment which was surprisingly unique to me in Madurai railway station. So administration should take care of such lapses even it's not good for the business of IRCTC. Very nice place but need to pay 60rs for hour for waiting charges.. different charges for different kimd of usage..ya irctc tried to make same as airport launge and yes they succeeded in that

Well maintained and comfort waiting hall, buffet available in same place. Rest rooms available for ladies and gents in same premise.

It's a good place to relax for sometime. It is well maintained and air-conditioned. The staff here are very hospitable. There are few Retiring rooms as well to take a small nap. Also this lounge is first of its kind available in Kerala. The lounge also serves food for extra charges which seem to be decent. The ambience is good.
