Large showroom along with the head office and marketing teams operating on the higher floors. Have sale items always available in the show room. And the time of writing there is a 50% off new year sale running at the moment

One of the major sales store in DSI, on the ground floor of the building. You can find all kind of footwear, branded. Usually they have discounts too. On upper levels they have all administration, HR and legal offices. Build on a best architectural design, really nice. Enough parking available, and easy access from the main road.
Good place to buy branded shoes.
Eco friendly building
Worst place I have been visited in corporate sector in Sri Lanka. They have bad recruitment process for their corporate sector jobs. They call interviews for candidates without proper plan. They waste the time of persons for their individual purposes.
