Very long wait time. Everyone I spoke to was professional. At checkout I was being asked to pay an additional 30 for a contract lens evaluation when i was clear with everyone that I was there to transition from contact lenses to glasses. I was never made aware about this fee. My regular eye exam (which is what I thought was occurring) is 100% covered by my insurance hence my surprise by this 30 charge. Need to be more clear with patients regarding the costs.

The staff was awful they dont know how to work with ppl. I handed them my phone to speak with my advocate and they took my phone and hung up on them. This practice violated my rights and contacted the kvcap ride service without my permission

Wait times are long, yes but Dr Bell took me in immediately once, without an appointment when I got a metal sliver in an eye while working on a project. She successfully removed it without further damage....

Dr. Belle was excellent but it took over 2 hours to get to see her. I don’t blame the doctor, just feel the staff must at least double book every appt. time. They tell you that you are next, but an hour later you are still waiting. Very frustrating and not respectful of patients time and other commitments.
