They asked for a good review so how about it. We booked Remi's academy well in advance and agreed upon 60 per person and for her to come at 7am to get ready for 11am. Remi did not turn up until 10am. She claimed she came at 8am to our house but somehow our cameras magically missed her. She then proceeded not to show up for another 2 hours saying her mother was ill in hospital. I would have been completely understanding had they not forgotten their lie during my appointment. She insisted we would be ready by 11am (blag) but instead we were ready past 12. We were hours late for the wedding. She then had the audacity to claim that the padding used was an extra 20 even though it was included in the price beforehand. No apology was made for being late or any discount offered out of common courtesy. We ended up paying extra and from the stress of getting ready, we did not have the time to argue. Other than that the hair and makeup was okay..( Just fyi Loreal makeup used not charlotte tilbury as they claimed). Good luck folks if you decide to book with them. The service that has been provided to me was amazing. I was a bit worried that remi wasn’t going to get us ready on time as there was six girls for hair and make up but I was so happy to find out that she had another artist who focused on our hair while she did our make up. We was all ready on time with 10 minutes to spare. They both made us feel so comfortable and made us look flawless the hair and make up did not budge for the whole day it even stayed on through the emotional parts of the event. Normally I would be worried about lashes falling off but the extra strength glue she used did wonders. I would most definitely recommend this make up artist as she is all about giving the best service to her customers and she is very talented. Thank u Remi we Will only be booking your service from now on.
This woman, as a fellow makeup fanatic, has an amazing ability to create uniquer looks that are suited to each characteristics of an individual. i was extremely happy with the end result and was showered with compliments the whole night! thank you remi, will definatley be booking again soon!
this is my regular artist, i don't need to go anywhere else my skin is very sensitive and ive never had a reaction with her makeup! highly recommend
