Good price and friendly staff
Good suggestion and service for me.
(Melaka Raya & Munshi Abdullah). I’m a regular customer, often get my supplements from either one of the outlets. Most of the staffs (Chinese) are friendly and knowledgeable except for one Malay lady (wearing spec) - avoid her at all cost! She has zero knowledge about the products, no patience and quite blur with the member and non member price. Went to the outlet at Munshi Abdullah, she quoted me wrongly a member price for a supplements which is higher than a non member price. Went to Melaka Raya branch just recently, she was there again! No choice but to approach her as the other Chinese staff was attending other customer. She can’t even tell me the difference of the medications that she herself recommended. And worst was, I bought the tablet for sore throats not knowing it was actually a lozenges and it’s for sucking! Why? Because she couldn’t be bothered to explain to me and I wasn’t aware that it’s actually a lozenges. She was in the rush, I haven’t even finish telling her the items that I was looking for, she was already standing at the cashier. Told her I need 2 strips of the medicine, and she only gave me one which I only realised when I reached my car. Asked her if the outlet have stock for one particular supplement, she started listing out all the supplements manufactured from the company. Ridiculous to the max! Really terrible! Sleeping through her work, this lady!
