Never ever take this!!! Very bad service at all!!! Though rooms were spacious and easily accessible, No water supply(requested for hot water and that wasn't provided till checkout), used restroom for 3 times and all the times got stuck, i had to call the reception and water came after 15-20 mins, no towels were provided, torned out linens.
Me and my family were traveling from Kundapura to Bengaluru. Since we had to pass the ghat section and it was night time we had booked the room via OYO rooms. We were scared where we thought we wouldn't get any rooms plus the covid situation. Honestly. It was really affordable, since we were 3 people we had to pay about approx 1.2K. It was quite reasonable. The rooms were very neat and tidy. It almost looks like the ones posted in the picture. The service of the hotel were good and friendly. The only complaints I had was about the toilet, the comod was broken, we had complained but no action was taken for it. They would deliver the food to your room if you insisted. The food was a bit expensive I felt because we had ordered one chicken curry and a fish curry. The fish curry didn't have any fish in it. No complaints against the chicken curry. The curry was given in ample amount. Overall the stay was good experience.

I wanted to give a surprise for my husband on our anniversary... I made a list of hotels in manglore and started calling one by one.. I got a great response a best response from this hotel sai Arya.. they listened to all my ideas. Agreed to do it for me mainly within my budget.. also got into my contact on wats up.. the manage himself Mr Harish Shetty.. planned on the ideas given by me.. made me select designs from YouTube and did the room decoration excactly.. their hard work and interest was mind blowing.. it really exceeded my expectations and worked well on taking my husband on a great surprise.. thank you so much Hotel Sai Arya and Team... You will go down our colourful memory..
