Very bad experience, the staffs are not polite I urge the owners of this institute to take necessary action against who act rude, it's act of dominancy and doesn't even know to take samples of small kids especially after several tries

We had a pretty bad experience with their home service.Its designed for old / disabled people who can't travel to their premises but The person they sent home is not qualified to do the job.. neither do they follow necessary process to do the job. Old needles was used to withdraw blood and the person had no idea how to find the vein after several tries.He gave up and put the same needle and blood collection syringe back to the same box. I urge the owners of this institute to take necessary action and to make sure all services they provide are properly monitored! I don't deny that they may have much better services on premises but my review is purely based on the home service
