Worst service, not keeping the promises. delay in servicing, when we are purchasing scales the shop owner spokes very politely. Afterward he never bother to respond to our problems. our advice to the customer is - avoid this shop

One of the worst experience ever had in purchasing a scale. The owner promises to provide us the govt seal and charges 1500extra but never does it. I have enquired it couple of times and no response and finally one day the inspection team visits my shop and puts a fine of 8000 and this irresponsible owner of the shop shouts at me as if I have made a mistake when I inform him about it. This man usues and words and when we go to shop and ask for the refund ,he acts as like a gunda I request all please avoid this shop for any of your weighing machine or scale related purchases. Also to add up. This shop gives you the gst invoice upon your request , but does not have a gst certificate or thisbis not an gst registered out let. I have verified it with the gst commissioner.
