Visited this place for MRI scanning, staff where friendly, process was good. Got the MRI results in 2 hrs as promised by staff. Parking space is very limited, need park vehicle in roadside. Not sure why parking is not available in basement.

Worst clinic ever. Doctors are good, but staff and overall working is a disaster. Be ready to wait atleast 1hr 40 min even if you take an appointment. Google should allow to give negative rating to this pathetic place.

No time sense. High time they train the front office ppl to change thier behaviour and improve on thier appointment system.

Absolutely no time sense. Had to wait for 3-4 hours even after taking an appointment and reaching at the scheduled time. Husband not allowed while scanning incase you are going for pregnancy related scanning. No parking area. If you are visiting this place then check with your doctor if you can get your scan done elsewhere.

Worst experience! I dont recommend this place. The staffs does not know how to treat a costumer. There are people coming from other states just have a common sense to approach them in a polite manner even though there might be a languague barrier but treating your costumer rightly is all that you have to do. Staffs are meant to do the assigned work its better you know your responsibility and stop ordering the costumer.

Wimpy

Very poor time sense. No value for appointments taken, made a mistake by coming here. Kept waiting and no intimation of the delays or expected time! Also, no space for seating and social distancing. Masks are not enforced, feel unsafe here, esp either elderly people around. @DrNaveenchandra Shetty, @DrNishith Shetty, hope you are reading what your patients have to say! Pls act.
