We have booked an service apartment in the sai nest apartment, first they have booked the room then after reaching the room they are saying that we cannot allow below 21 years age members only one member was below 21, being an family we can't send our family members right. At 9 PM they cancelled the booking and send us outside. Worst service don't recommend to book this apartment.

Very bad experience from sai nest service apartment they don't know the relationship between brother and sister Don't go this worst service !! The lady in the reception is biggest fitting mastes We being offical really felt very bad experience bull sit if u cannot handle members never run this kind of cheap business We're below 18 years are not allowed Really very disappointed

Decent place and better than what I expected, after reading the reviews on the internet. We were a family of 8, who stayed there for a day. We were alloted the apartment in the first floor and the check-in process was fairly quick. There is no elevator in the building. We had taken one complete apartment for ourselves. We learned that they don't give out individual rooms - we need to book entire service apartment itself. The apartment had 4 rooms, 2 attached bathrooms and one common bathroom. There was a hall and a small dining area. There was AC in 3 of the rooms and the other had a decent water cooler. There was no kitchen strangely. The hall had common seating arrangements with a sofa set and a few chairs. The apartment was clean and so were the bathrooms. There was a TV, though we did not use it. There was a fridge in the hall. Hot water was available in the morning for bath. There was a water dispenser outside the main door. I think it was common for the apartments on the same floor. Each floor had 2 apartments. Overall, a functional service apartment - without any of the frills.

You will get all the facilities here. You can drinm inside the rooms which are very clean. Housekeeping is veey good. Ciggratez are available just outside the hotel.

Poorly managed. Main door locks didn't work. Some rooms didn't have attached bathrooms. There is no lift facility available. They didn't even provide assistance to elderly people to carry their luggage to the upper floors. No room service available. Air-conditioners didn't work properly. Adequate parking facility is not available. No arrangement for providing food from outside, not even a cup of tea. Best avoided

I had recently come from kerala to stay few days in mangalore and I will suggest this Appartment if you are staying with your family I will suggest this place for sure. Clean and well maintained rooms. The main highlight is the place is very near from highway.
