I rented this through Airbnb and I was on the 8th floor in the B Tower. It has two swimming pools and a workout room with two jacuzzis and a sauna. Unfortunately the two jacuzzis we're not functional at the time I was there. There's a beautiful view from the 17th Floor pool as you can see in the picture and it is located about two blocks from Manila Bay and the bay walk. There are lots of restaurants in the area and it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk to Robinson's wonderful Mall. it is also a short walk from G point or LA cafe if you are into that sort of thing.

Nice and affordable place. The room is very spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker and toaster. The staff was very helpful.

The location is spectacular. There is a lot to do in malate. The Baywalk is a block or two away and you have a really good view of the Bay from the swimming pools. There are a couple of 7-Elevens less than a block away and a fantastic Robinsons mall is about a 5 or 10 minute walk. Erra's restaurant is a No-Frills place a block or two away that has really good food and good beer prices

Been here countless times when hanging out with friends, Its a nice condo, It got pools and the typical entertainment things, Not a bad place to live, Plus the view is great
