My stay here has been so good so far. Pretty quiet except for the renovation going on in one of the rooms in the floor I’m staying at but that’s temporary. Staff is good and welcoming. There’s a swimming pool, basketball court, multi-function hall. Avida has 5 towers and it seems like a subdivision all by itself. It’s pretty safe to live in. Kids can play. People can jog around the buildings still within the vicinity. The mall is right across the street. And, this is what i like, you can bring the grocery cart right up to the lobby of your condo and leave it there so you don’t have to carry your heavy grocery bags all the way back!

I lived here for almost 6 months and I can assure you, you'll feel secured living here. Very convenient since Mall is just infront, market is just one ride away. Train is just walking distance. Everything, all you need is just within its perimeter. And what I really love here was there Roof Deck, especially the Roof deck in there tower 5. I love staying there to watch the sunset.
A nice place to stay. The apartment we were in had all mod con's, especially air con in all the rooms. Felt always safe & secure with all the security everywhere, and the daily call outside, 'Garbage Collection!', was a nice touch too. Enjoyed it very much, and having the SM across the road was a bonus - will be back!
The units are really small but may work for single occupants with minimal furniture. Parking is not included and apparently, no lot is sold. They are rented out. The windows look unsafe though. I'm not sure if unit owners can even install grills for safety purposes. The pool is at least clean and free to use for homeowners. The place is also close to various establishments including SM.
Residents are smoking on the fire exits, throwing trash and can't wait for the garbage collector to get it. People spit on the floor and people live like they're from the squatters area. This place is trash.

Good condo residences has a nice half basketballcourt and a large swimming pool plus a free eventsclub if you are a resident. well secured and accomodating staffs with well disciplined residents in terms of cleanliness. accesible just behind sm san lazaro which is very convient as doing grocery is never a hassle also nlex is just around the corner or if you opt to commute light railway transit 1 is just a walk away at tayuman station
