Agree with other customers against Baketech Solutions Tayuman Manila DO NOT BUY or even inquire very unscrupulous business, bad customer service I think no system in place, staff even worse, only after the money once the get your payment there your agony starts, one way communication ended me calling all their numbers all day everyday, went from going back to BDO to seek assistance to flag my payments, raised a complaint to DTI and SEC since they are registered as a corporation, Baketech promised a refund perhaps just to shut me up and stop bugging all their contact mobile and office numbers phone keeps on ringing (no refund took place as what they promised until up to this write up), once you start demanding the refund they will offer a lot of excuse from owner in the US no one will approve the refund, and they will offer free shipping and insist to ship the item I told them to stop else it will be RTS anyway I told them I don't want any of their product and services anymore sales was one big issue how much more after sales, no nice words for them everything was trash which they can expect, canceled some of my customers orders for the holidays, imagine our predicament, mulling legal actions to recover my 30k. Rating is actually 0!!!
Was here today asking about deep fryers. Staff and owner were not accomodating and did not want to give us information regarding our queries. We felt like they did not want our business because we are \Small time\. Prices are much cheaper in other vendors too. If I could rate this as no stars then that would be much better.

Poor customer service experience. It’s nearly been a month since I placed my order for comprehensive baking equipment package. The agreed and published lead time period is only 2 weeks. Yet, no one from their office manages customer expectation. No one from their office has gotten back to me on the status, if at all they can deliver. To add insult to injury, they are very active on their social media accounts, and when i tried to follow-up there for someone to get back to me my post were simply deleted. Ang bastos di ba? I want a refund. Spare yourselves from misery and transact with other suppliers instead.
