POOR SERVICE! Shipped from Indonesia 25 August, arrived in Manila 3 days later. Delayed and still on hold for more than 2 weeks already. Still not delivered. Email is sent but nobody is replying. Such a POOR service.

My Ipad arrived early in the Philippines from apple and DHL decided to ask regarding my address on the day of the eta of the delivery and now is delayed for almost a week now. The tracking system said that I needed to contact them and after 6 days of reaching out I got no response from them of what to do with my concern.
