Very inefficient service from staff most specifically Iris Goce all the way to the owner. Requested for printing service by April 4 supposedly for a gift did not receive any update come April 10 and when I followed up I was informed that their internet is offline. I accepted all sorts of excuses and until April 25 there was no product delivered and even worse you do not get an update if you do not seek for it. If you don’t want the hassle I suggest you do not transact with them. In the end, I was not able to tolerate Sunspring’s poor service and searched for another company (Giclee Manila) and luckily they we’re able to deliver in 2 business days.
