Its fine but I find it a bit pricey for a monthly rental given the size of the unit. However, the location of this condominium is really good. Plus its usually windy outside.
The building/s is just beside SM Manila. It is very accessible in terms of transportation since it is near Central Station (LRT1 Train Station), Manila City Hall (where the loading and unloading of passengers for Jeepneys, UV's and other modernized vehicles released and approved by the transportation sector). Furthermore, it is near schools establishments that can be walking distance or one ride away.
Doesn’t meet the expectations nowadays. One little example is the process tenants have to go through to get into the gym. Have to go to the property management office every time we want to workout, fill a form, get the signature, and then when we’re finally able to get inside the gym, we see that almost half the machines inside the gym are broken. The only working ones are the cardio machines, like the indoor cycling bikes and the elliptical machines. Even the treadmills are dead. I personally think it would be easier for the tenants, AND the management office if the arrangements were changed into a way that the gym passes are issued for a longer duration, so that one could happily workout after a busy day, without having to get inside the crowded property management office, simply to get a slip everyday. Also, I personally think that the tenants would be happier if the machines were fixed ASAP. I hope the management can do better than this, one day. Really disappointing \u200d️
A good place for students studying within the university belt. Service is not quite as good. Such as fixing the elevator frequently. Overall, a recommended place to stay as a student.
It's a nice place
Good condominium however you can hear those who use the swimming pools if you live on either one of the two towers beside it.
