Accessible to UST and well-maintained condo. Although, aircon is not centralized on some floors. Otherwise, seen a lot of improvements since my last visit. They now have study halls/rooms and arranged some places to stay at. Security is also strict.
A well-maintained place and has a great security. This place is perfect for students who go to universities around U-Belt. It also has many establishments that are convenient for the renters and condo unit owners.
The One is strategically located in front of UST and it is the safest place amongst all condo in the area. The whole building is pristine and hygienic.
Foodcourt is on this place which is alot more food options for students at ust
security and comfort in the heart of manila-defined. It’s every young professional and aspiring young professional’s home away from home.

Some admin staff are unfriendly. When I moved out, they charged me for a leaking faucet. When in fact the faucet has been leaking even before I moved in. I called their maintenance staff to repair it, but they said I have to coordinate with the owner first. But I don’t have any contact w/ the owner because I rented the condo thru the management. They should be the one coordinating with the owner. There were also some stuff (books) left by the previous tenant and they didn’t even bother taking it. What was I supposed to do with them?
