We, at XPERTZ, provide comprehensive review classes and rigorous training in manageable size to give more personal attention to individual learning capacities. Our methods are combination of lecture-based, active discussion and technique-based formats. We provide our students with exclusive lecture books to limit their time in taking down notes that shall make them focus more on listening and application. We also provide course-based assessments to make reviewees understand their strengths and weaknesses. This processes help review students familiarize themselves with different types of questions and enhance their problem solving skills. We conduct simulation of the licensure examination at the end of the review term for the students to have a feel of the actual exam. Two pre-board examinations in the refresher program, weekly exams and daily drills are given to further train and get the reviewees conditioned before the actual exam. In 2013 XPERTZ recognized the gap between graduation and the entry to professional practice and lifelong learning. In its pursuit to provide lifelong service, the center expanded its services to provide programs for professional career development. This required us to partner with other organizations to help prepare new graduates and board passers in their entry into professional practice. The expanded service also includes lifelong education and training programs for professionals to help them continuously grow and become relevant in their chosen career. Technical training and certification programs will also be pursued to help in developing professionals at various levels.
