edit: had to fill in a complain on the website to get a feedback a few days later informing that the product had been shipped 3 days before... I ordered a chess board a week ago on the Spanish website. I got payment confirmation from the platform used (PayU), however a few days later I received an email from the store saying that payment was still pending. Tried to call several times: no replies. Sent a complain on the website: 3 days later and still no replies. So I paid, and still don’t know whether I’ll receive the product one day.

Very unfriendly website, very bad product availability and management. I ordered a 500PLN chessboard just to be notified the next day that its not available and that my order was cancelled. I tried calling several times to ask about availability but nobody bothered to answer. I recommend buying your chess and accessories elsewhere.

Pięknie wykonane drewniane szachy w oryginalnym kolorze butelkowej zieleni, błyskawiczna realizacja zamówienia, doskonały kontakt z przemiłą obsługą i świetne gratisowe gadżety firmowe. Zamówiłem zegar, zestaw szachów nr 6 i dodatkowo figury oxford. Wszystko otrzymałem szybko i bez wad i porządnie zapakowane plus ekstra długopis, zeszyt i cztery smaczne krówki :) Polecam
