We are currently offering the following services: Leadership Development Training and Coaching The Pathways to Leadership Program (PLP) is uniquely designed to equip managers and leaders in Lesotho to lead successfully at personal, interpersonal, team and organisational level. We equip middle and senior managers to quickly master the skills, competencies and processes necessary for leading their teams, projects and organisations to achieve high performance in a changing environment. This include up to six months or more of structured 6-day leadership training, coaching and peer networks in order to propel and sustain their leadership and organisational performance. Small and Medium Enterprise Training and Coaching The Peak Leadership Global’s Small and Medium Enterprise Program (SMEP) offers small business owners and cooperatives in Lesotho the opportunity to receive business training and tailored support package that will enable them to grow their existing businesses and revenue. The program consists of: • 6 training days (2 training days per month for three months) on business fundamentals (business leadership, planning, management, funding, scaling and marketing) • Business diagnostics • Development of prioritized goals and growth action plan • Strategic one-on-one monthly business coaching
