My experience was very similar to what others have mentioned here and that - it was pathetic. The moment I entered, the premises smelled so foul, I can vouch some illegal activities are going inside closed doors. I had pre-booked 1 room for 3 adults from booking.com which the attendant refused to honor. Even before my travel I had tried to contact the property many times to double check my bookings, but no one picked up the call. I had then no options left but to go out and find some other accommodations in haste. This place is very unsafe and must be avoided if you are traveling with your family. This guest house should be removed from all sites.

I pre-booked 2 rooms for 4 adults in Renaissance Guest House, Mayapur, West Bengal. Firstly there were no contact information of the hotel in Google. Moreover when I reached the hotel with my family members, hotel owner refused to give room, not even let us enter the hotel but also misbehaved without any reason. 1600 got deducted from my account at the time of booking and also we suffered due this highly unprofessional behaviour. Never seen such a worst hotel.
