Meadowbrook nursing home has been a blessing for me and my love one that is currently a resident there. The staff keeps me informed with my loved one daily. In this time of so much uncertainty they reassure me that my aunt is safe and well kept.. I give a special thanks to Sherrie-ann Ortiz the medical coordinator and Cookie the physical therapist for their guidance and understanding.

My bother and I have worked with Sherrie on helping our mom qualify for Medicaid benefits. It was an involved process, but Sherrie was very reassuring and provided wonderful guidance through the process. We trust her and believe we will have the best outcome for our mom. Thanks Sherrie!
Meadowbrook is such a nice place to go. Very friendly staff who have been there for so many years and great food too. My time here was pleasant and I would recommend it for anyone who needs a warm place to stay.
I am writing this review because I am very pleased with the care this facility has provided me with ever since I was admitted. I wish I could give them a five because they deserve it, but the only reason why I don't is because the food could have so much more potential but it is still good. The staff is very educated and they are very helpful. Administration is always available when needed and Odanys the director of patient's relations (Who's always going up and down) the unit I am in is very helpful and always has an answer to your questions and a solution to your problems. He always checks up on me and I am sure every single one of the residents to make sure we are okay. Therapy deserves 5 stars because they are amazing and the cleanliness of this facility is outstanding! thank you Meadowbrook and thank you to all the employees that are working hard and going above and beyond during this though times.
I just wanted to thank the staff at Meadowbrook in caring my great aunt. She was initially transferred over for Rehab in July and along with the excellent PT/OT therapists, Andrea, Liz, and others, she was able to walk 20ft with min assistance. It was a huge accomplishment and we are so happy she reached that goal. Your warmth, kindness and encouragement will never be forgotten. Unfortunately due to changes in her medical condition, she no longer receives PT, her skilled nursing needs have increased and she will require to become a LTC resident. And through this difficult process we have to acknowledge the amazing Sherri Ortiz. She has been wonderful in assisting us with the transition, sharing her insurance knowledge and still continues to offer immeasurable guidance. Many thanks to Liz on 2A who helped us in the very beginning, communicated in Spanish with my aunt and kept her calm, the Dietary staff who monitor her nutritional needs and keep us updated, Suzy from Recreation for keeping us connected and for assuring there is always someone who can communicate in Spanish with her. And of course we can’t say enough about the nursing staff. I wish I had all the names of the aides who take care of her on a daily basis but please know she knows who you are and we appreciate all your hard work. To Ms. Mathew, Ms Menchie, Ms. H (on the weekend), Michael C. and so many more that touch her life each day, we thank you. Obviously, I can’t say her stay has been perfect or that occasionally we don’t run into a small issue, but overall the staff has been amazing in quickly resolving any issues, keeping her safe, keeping her connected to us and maintaining an open line of communication during this crazy time. We really appreciate it. So once again thanks to you all and be well.
