In the summer of 2020 during the heatwave our AC went out, and our home warranty company sent Mechanically Inclined out for the inspection. They were very professional and helped in getting us a replacement unit through the home warranty company. Mechanically Inclined was super helpful through the entire process which was an ordeal with the home warranty company. After that I joined up on their program to have my AC and heater inspected. They were also super helpful recently in the cold snap of 2021 with inspection of our vents and making sure heat was properly flowing through the house.. Also Katlyn in the office is always a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to use.

We were introduced to MI through our home warranty. First, we used them for an AC replacement during the summer. All work was completed efficiently and Katelyn was wonderful at communicating with our warranty company to make it happen quickly. This week, our furnace went out. Ugh, 2020! Expecting temperatures in the teens, Katelyn and Joe went to work FAST. We had a replacement furnace within 48 hours. Finding a place to stay with an infant during COVID makes things a little more difficult- and we were not looking forward to relocating for the week, and luckily, we didn't have to. They made this so easy. Joe even called us on Christmas Eve to make sure that we were not having any issues. We are thankful our warranty company introduced us to MI. I hope we will not need them in the future- but know who to call when and if we do!

I have no idea why but this business is sending me spam texts. Here is the text content: “ Jim from Mechanically Inclined..I'm offering a crazy tuneup special for President's Day and I thought of you. With limited appts available, we’re only going to be rolling this out to the next 10 ppl that reply back. If you want info, just let me know in the next 24 hours. No pressure either way ” I have no idea who they are but this is a silly way to advertise a business and it’s annoying. Also the other reviews say they suck.

we contacted Joe from this company for HVAC issue through American warranty, they have played the game with us by cheating that parts are not available dragged the issue for 6 days though we have months baby in the house. We got other contact and got the issue fixed in 30 min.
